compassionate, personalized care
My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from a range of evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Client-Centered Therapy. I also offer Christian Counseling for those who wish to incorporate their faith into the therapeutic process.
Rooted in experience and Training
I hold dual Master’s degrees in Forensic Psychology and Counseling Psychology, with emphases in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) and Professional Clinical Counseling (PCC). My background includes working with individuals impacted by trauma, involvement in the justice system, and complex family dynamics. I’m certified in Trauma-Informed Treatment and Prevention and have received training in Mindfulness-Based approaches and Trauma Resilience Models.
deeper insight and mind-body healing
Alongside structured therapeutic methods, I integrate psychodynamic and psychoanalytic approaches to explore early life experiences, unconscious patterns, and relational dynamics. For clients seeking holistic healing, I incorporate breathwork, mindfulness, and somatic practices to support mind-body connection and recovery.
Walking with you through it all
Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, or personal transitions, I’ll meet you with empathy and skill. I believe deeply in your ability to grow, heal, and reconnect with your inner strength.
“Being able to feel safe with other people is probably the single most important aspect of mental health; safe connections are fundamental to meaningful and satisfying lives.”
